What Clipchamp can do for you?

Clipchamp is a helpful tool not just for video editor and blogger like me. It lets users convert, compress and record videos in the browser. Worry not because it’s a free service that doesn’t require installing software or uploading files to an online converter or compressor.

Output format options are MP4, WebM, WMV, FLV or GIF. I find it convenient to use as  there are no input file size restrictions. As successfully tested by Clipchamp, videos of up to 20GB can be uploaded.

According to Clipchamp Help Center,  Clipchamp has built technology that processes video files inside the browser on the user’s computer unlike other providers where files have to be uploaded to a server for processing. This makes the process much faster and provides much better privacy as processed video files never leave the user’s computer unless they decide to share them.

Finished videos can be shared directly to Google Drive, Vimeo, Facebook and YouTube or simply saved. Clipchamp also put some nifty features into the app, for instance you can upload your processed video to multiple video sharing platforms at once and it will even give you the link of your uploaded file for easier sharing.

The webcam recording technology Clipchamp built also runs inside the browser without the need for any additional plugins or software downloads, which is why it works on any kind of device including Chromebooks. You can record videos at 360p, 480p or 720p resolution, either using your computer’s webcam and microphone or an external webcam and/or mic. When a recording is finished, the resulting video file can be compressed using Clipchamp to make it even smaller and easier to share.

Since it was launched, millions of people have used Clipchamp, it’s available in the Chrome Web Store or by just going to clipchamp.com.

Clipchamp also have a version of the app available that enables webcam recording, video compression, video conversion and fast uploads on any website or web app – the Clipchamp API. It uses our patent-pending tech and allows any website owner to receive video files from their users in a way that hasn’t been possible before.

Exploring Caramoan Islands

Date: May 22-May 25, 2016
Place: Caramoan Islands, Camarines Sur, Philippines

It was an exciting escapade for me and my office mates because it is our first time to get there. Apart from that, we all really wanted to be free once again from the busy city of manila and have a refreshing treat with nature. Personally,  this trip is special to me as this is my last outing with our company and a perfect moment to enjoy with them. Yup! Because I will finally work at home as full-time. (It’s a mixed emotion but… Yey!)

Adventure started when we flew from Manila to Naga City! For a hassle-free trip, we asked our hotel accommodation to arrange our van transfer and island hopping activity.

From Naga Airport, we took a 1-hr van ride to Sabang Port to ride a boat to Guijalo Port in Caramoan. Getting into the boat was a bit tricky but the porters helped us. They are amazing!

It took us 2 hrs before we finally arrived at Guijalo port. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the view and the fresh air along the way. Who would not love this scene??

West Peninsula Villas served us for accommodation. Our stay with them was good! The facilities are just perfect for us. They have additional recreational areas like swimming pool, billiards, Karaoke and gym. They have Free WiFi but make sure to bring your own in case you would need a faster connection for video streaming and the like. 😉

The adventure continues! Jump off to port for Island hopping! 🙂

A moment of silence for this majestic place. Perfect time to relax and reminisce!

A day of island hopping is not enough to visit all the islands and sand bars of Caramoan. Each islands have unique features you will really be amazed with. This is a view from Matukad Island. It has an enchanting secret lagoon, rock formations and polvoron-like sand.

We survived the 527 steps to the grotto!

More than enjoying the wonderful and majestic place of Caramoan, I had a great time reminiscing the moments I’ve spent with our company and looking forward on the life ahead of me. I will truly miss Caramoan and the people I am with during the trip. Indeed, it was a wonderful 3 days and 2 nights of escapade. Thank you so much, C360 Team and of course, Caramoan Islands! 🙂

Caramoan Island is located in the lower eastern part of Camarines Sur in the Bicol region of the Philippines.
